Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and I need your help.I don't know if this is the right topic for my question but here we go..Could someone guide me about how I will create a photo similar to Dean West from the series "In Pieces" or like those of Achim Lippoth from series "Dinner".That is to say I want to make a photo look like hyperealistic or rather painting just like his.

Thank you guys. I anticipate for your instructions!

I moved your post to the main Q&A area.
You can't post links yet but you can post images.

Download the image you have a question about to your computer and then upload it into your message.

Also, there are so many images in those series, just pick one to start with so that we are all on the same page.

BTW, I'll tell you this: I am 99.9% sure that much, if not most of the overall effect, particularly in the 2nd series, was done in-camera and with completely manual, painting-like methods, not the pressing of some magic post-processing buttons ;-), so don't expect miracles. LOL.

Thank you very much! Here is a photography of series "in peices". I want to do something similar. Is there any specific effect that gives to the picture this texture or some other trick?

Before I launch into Photoshop-specific details / lingo, let me ask you how proficient are you in PS?

Tom

PS - For the purposes of this discussion, I assume you are only interested in the photographic aspect, not the Lego aspect, right?
