How to create a HTML button in an image - Can I do it?

Basically I want to do this, and am not even sure this can be done in PS, but its an amazing program and i dont put anything past it:

be able to post the attached picture below in a forum at a size that will not kill everyone's internet connection since there will be lots of these pics per page (Journal Thread). BUT if they want to view a large (1200x1600+) version of an individual picture all they have to do is click the image in the forum post and it will link them to the page where the image is hosted in its FULL glory.

This is the image I wish to add the "buttons to":



I am somewhat versed in Photoshop, but not professional, I do alot of tshirt and automotive design in the program, thats all.

Hope this helps, this is kinda what I am looking to do. Click the buttons, big image pops up.

Do you mean the 3d button shape you get with normal buttons?

If so, this should do it..
