How to convert a Slide presentation into PDF?


Open one slide by one. save each page as .pdf at the end merge them into one pdf document using Acroboat professional...
 
I presume you are asking about saving a PPT presentation (slideshow) as a PDF. here's what you need to do:

->Open your PPT document in Powerpoint.

->Go to File->Print.

->Select the option "Virtual PDF Printer".

That's simple, isn't it? :)
 
If I remember it right, there is a plug-in actually for MS Office products that lets you save your files as PDF or XPS. I know that recent versions of MS Word have it built in. Search for it and you can easily find it.
 
You can also utilize the cutePDF download tool; do a google search and you will find a free download. Also if you want to include clickable hyper links in your PDF utilize OPEN OFFICE, WRITER (another free software) when you convert to PDF it will save your links. Not So in Word Documents.
 
There is a extension of Microsoft called "SaveAsPDFandXPS" go and download it.Then you can save any MS-word,PP or others directly from file->save as--> save as pdf. Isn't it cool :)
 
Many tools can help convert ppt to pdf. ( e.g. Office 2007, but it always discards layouts )

Try Nemo All to PDF, this one can convert all printable formats to PDF accurately.
 
Here is the method or procedure to convert a slide(Power Point2007) into pdf file

First step
Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and go to Open (or press Ctrl+O), browse for the presentation you want to convert to PDF and open it
second step
Print (or press Ctrl+P) and in the Printer section select ur file.
third step
Before you create the PDF file you can adjust the settings for the ur file printer by using the Properties button
Fourth Step
Click on OK and choose the location where you want the PDF file saved. After the PDF is created it will be opened in the default PDF viewer
 
You need to have a Universal Document Converter software for converting pesentations, text documents and diagrams into Adobe PDF files.

Steps on how to convert the files:

1) Download and Install UDC software into your computer.

2) Open the presentation in microsoft powerpoint and press File -> Print..located in the application menu.

3) Select the software - UDC from the printers list and press properties button.

4) Select the document to PDF, color, Multipage profile in the Printing Preferences window and press [FONT=&quot]OK[/FONT].

5) Press [FONT=&quot]OK[/FONT] in [FONT=&quot]Microsoft PowerPoint Print dialog[/FONT] to start converting. When the PDF file is ready, it will be saved to the
[FONT=&quot]C:\UDC Output Files[/FONT] folder by default.

6) Converted presentation will then be opened in Adobe Acrobat or another viewer associated with PDF files on your computer.
 
Open your slide one by one and save in to .pdf format and merge all pdf files you can use nitro pdf professional version. You don't need to convert that file into word or excel.
