Hello, thanks for your reply. Yeah, I already checked this link, but apparently something has changed in the PS 2022 version. That dialogue box for changing speed is nowhere to be found that I can see. Right clicking the thumbnail also brings up the same "motion" box.

I called Adobe support, and they said that the speed function is no longer available in PS 2022. Their reason is to encourage people to use Premier Pro. They suggested I install an older version of PS. PS 2021 still has it.
