how to change individual colours

Hi

I have a anti-aliased silhouette bitmap image and i want to change the colour. If I use the magic wand and fill i lose the anti-alias. is there i way i can anti-alias after the fill, or pull up a colour pallete showing all tones in the image and replace individually?
