Mostly I used the Healing Brush Tool, and the Clone Stamp Tool. Sample close to the area you want to eliminate and sample often.

When I had the reflections removed, to blend the colors I used the Brush Tool set to 50% Opacity and 4% fill (sampling close the the blend line)......and the Smudge Tool set to about 16%

Always work on a duplicate. Takes a little practice.
