How to Automatize this process (345 image)

Hey,

Im trying to make myself an icon mod for World of Tanks combining two existing icon mods.

One of them looks like this: xFzNJR5.png

While the other one: 3CPJQcK.png

Now I combine the two and the end looks like this (not the same image): 3ysUOFk.png

Lets name them. The first one with only tank image is from a guy called J1MB0, we will call him Jimbo.

The other one with only text is from a guy called Aslain. In Aslain's mod some icons have a star next to the tank's name, like the one I provided. Im not going to need the star in my images.

So What I need to do is:

Folder 1: Jimbo's icons
Folder 2: Aslain's

Drag icon from Jimbo's folder into PS, Drag icon from Aslain's into PS.
Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+W (on Aslain's)
Ctrl+V (on Jimbo's)
F2 (Action set to resize canvas to 90x25 and move to the middle left)
Swap layers
Move text to the right (* if the text has a star then delete it manually)
F3 (Action set to save, close)

And I have to do this process with 345 image....it takes too much time.

Is there a way to totally automatize the process? lets say PS automatically adds the two image, copies the text, swaps the layers, moves the text to the right, saves, closes, adds the next two image, etc etc. (Forget about the star, there aint much of them, I will delete them manually)

Thanks in advance.
