Can we add watermark on a photograph? As per I know we can add into video but not sure for photo!

As long as the image you put your watermark on is your image in the first place, i.e. you made it from scratch using none copyrighted elements or you actual clicked the button on your camera yourself.

Are you asking for guidance in how to add a watermark? I should imagine if you know how to add this to a video it would be a simple matter to add to a photo.
