how to add image on to a gif??

hey everyone, im tryin to figure out how to ad an image on to a gif. i know how to create the gif but i cant seem to add an image by frames... here is an example.. the black and white gif shows matt ryan dragging cam newton out the house. when i try to create a gif doing something similar frame one has all the pictures that ive added to all the other frames. by the time it gets to the last frame there is only one picture.. can anyone explain what i need to do to fix this.... thanks

Overlay each frame with the image you wish to use, WARNING it will be time consuming and very tedious.

should i duplicate the image so its the same size

Menubar believe it's under image, I'm not in Photoshop at the moment

Menu Bar > Image > Mode > RGB Color

Just made it with 5 frames over layed and slightly moved the gurus head to look as if moving with main frames.
