hey guys thank your prompt reply.

any chance you can guide how i can do in PS.

2. can you provide the full description of the item that i will need to purchase from ebay?

your help is greatly appreciate as me and my wife want to start a kids photography so any help from you guys would really help us a lot

you can have any background you want colourwise the best option for the reflection though is clear plastic sheet and just place that on top of your floor. about a 1/4 inch thick should be fine. You can also do it with glass but I would not reccommend that for people to stand on. a load of places will do custom cut perspex but not many photography shops will sell it as it is hard to post. You are better off going to a local warehouse that spe******es in that kind of stuff. I got mine cut from a pvc place. Just plain white but it does the trick for my product photography.

You can also get vinyl it is easier to get hold off and most fabric warehouses etc will have some form of shiny vinyl.

There is also Lino but admittedly that is a lot harder to get in plain colours.

For a cheap alternative do it yourself version get a large sheet of wood and paint several smooth coats of High gloss paint over it.

"Hoogle" thank you so much for your reply.

i still have few more questions, i really hope you will be able to answer them

1. so just to confirm, those images that I've provided here on the treat, CAN NOT BE done on photoshop? (the shiny glass surface) ?

2. Do the following items will be the right one to get
shiny glass surface:

CowboyStudio Acrylic Black and White Magnetic Display Table for Product Photo Photography, PS-13

or

Thrifty White 32 sq. ft. Hardboard Panel Board - home depot selling it

3. If i use one of the two product that mention above, i won't need to use photoshop to get the "shiny glass surface" ?

Thank you so much for your patience and taking your time to read my questions.

You need to get the acrylic (UK = perspex). That stuff your speaking of from Lowes might work. I have used it for other purposes but not for your purpose. I think it's about $15 for a 4x8 sheet, at that price it would be worth a shot. Acrylic for a 4x8 sheet of 1/8" thick, in say White, gonna run you about $60 + frt for a 4x8. The best price for the acrylic is Calsak Plastics. They have branches all around, I get mine from Atlanta, cut to size.

the picture with the blue background. how can I make that pictures looks like the baby seat on a reflective shiny floor in Photoshop cs 6?
