3D How to add 3D effect for cartoon network ?

@OP - Is your question a joke? How can you not realize that each of the components of the image that you posted is produced by very different methods and there is no one magic button to press that will make some design 3D.
The most obvious example of these differences in production methods is that your top left image gets its entire 3d effect simply because it is a photograph of the real world (probably Bryce canyon in the USA), whereas the image in the upper right is from scientific software that is representing a function of two variables by height above a plane. Software such as Mathematica, MathCAD, Origin, Surfer, the software embedded into SEMs, STMs, profilometers and many other instruments also produce plots like that. In comparison, the image in the lower right corner looks like a simple layer effect (stroke or glow) in Photoshop.
