Create a grid.


Create or add in your widget.
Center to the cell using the Rectangular Marquis Tool and Move Tool.


Duplicate (Cmd/Cntrl + J) and move using Move Tool.


Colorize?


Add rows......??


Rotate?


Stack widgets. Use new grouped layers.



Super easy. The hard part will be creating all the widgets in the set!!
