This is one of the more common looks wedding/engagement photographers currently seem to think is cool, and hence are overworking it ;-) .

To save time, these folks almost always get this effect using one of the many "actions" or plugins designed to do this specific task. Just go to Google Images and search on terms like {photoshop action warm romantic glow} ... {etc etc sunlight} ... etc. etc.

OTOH, if you are interested in doing it completely from scratch using only Photoshop's native tools, let us know and we can help you out with that, as well. In preparation for that, may I ask which version of PS will you be using?

Take a look at my posts in this thread: http://photo.net/wedding-photography-forum/00YtbF

There, I wanted to show how to get a yellow, not orange glow, but one uses the same general approach for both - just play with the RH output sliders. Specifically, drop both the blue and green RH output sliders, not just the blue.

Also, there are many, many ways to select the area you want the glow to permeate, eg, just highlights, near a simulated (or real) sun, near regions of simulated lens flare, etc.
