How has this been photoshopped?

I agree with both of you. If you zoom in close you can see the halo that remains where the head was cut out.

Yep, the halo is in a lot of places around her. On the thigh, around the arm, especially inside, and as ALB said on the right side of her hair. In fact the hair is minus any details of flyaway, loose strands, etc. It may be that both the bouquet and the book are added. The color balance is different and the levels too. The resolution of the book is way off IMO, though since I can't enlarge it anyway (which is a very big mistake for any serious image, so I hope you made it small for us to see, so that of course we can't see it, lol), I am not sure. It looks to me like the jacket was coloured in. The saturation is unreal. The face, well I don't know what happened there, but it is way different tonality from the hands so they too may be Photoshopped in. Not only that but the color on her face is totally flat, virtually colorless. Overall, the compression is awful and makes it a worthless image unless it's just to send home to gramma.
