I loose this tool layer bar !!!!

Hello and welcome.

You should just select the Move Tool.


If it's missing from the Move Tool.............Right click the Move Tool icon in the top left hand corner and select "reset tool". If this does not work, go to >WINDOWS > SELECT OPTIONS. If this does not work reset your preferences.

Edit: For the sake of passing on information, the OP communicated with me via PM and informed me that the problem was that they had not selected the "Move Tool". They did not realize that there were different tool bar options for each tool.
