I thought it was HDR merge, with a filter...

but, obviously not...

unfortunately I don't have the time, knowledge or money/ program to this type of stuff as I'm using affinity photo cheaper yes, but definitely can't do this (unless if it can somehow? Tutorial needed if you have the link!

its not a problem of what program are you using, the most important thing is to make the correct photos, more photos you make, more you can get. And most important of all knowing how to work with that technique.

How do you work with that technique... I'm new to photoshopping images etc... only started 1year ago and only know the bare bone basics

I'm not an expert I know a massive thread of an expert that I usually look, but it's in Spanish,, the best option for you, in my opinion, is to search for a photography forum in English and search for hdr threat, i'm sure there are plenty.
you can always start looking at some tutorials and inform yourself of the basic on the technique also.

no problem but its a threat with 100 pages and everybody can add his photography and techniques XD, but it has a nice explanation at the beginning
