How do you Setup PMS CVC in Photoshop

Hi I need to convert CMYK into PMS 293 CVC - Blue

The problem is I dont see PMS CVC in the color libraries.. Can someone please help because this is for a very important customer..

ok, so PMG 293 is a specific color in the pantone scale. So I don't know what you mean exactly.
I'm just guessing you want to save your photoshop immage in the patone scale on PMG293 starting from CMYK?
a CMYK will never exactly match a patone color.
If you want to save the image in pantome color scale, you shouldnt use photoshop.

Here is what you can do:

export your document to PDF, then use Acrobat pro to edit the color mapping of the image... chances are you're giving the printer a PDF anyway right? If that doesn't work then you can edit the image colors and save as a PS color separation file to replace the one in your document
