Mr. Duer ,

To rotete, change the shape and the size of the brush, go to
Brushes click on the Brush Tip Shape : now eather move the arrow
or type the number for rotation in the Angle box.

Hope this helps. :)

In shape dynamics and scattering you can also set a degree of random angle change while painting with the brush itself :)

Mr. Duer You are very welcome, been there not long time ago! ;)

kiwi just give you another tip that you can learn. :righton:
With the brushes experiment all what is listed in the menu, you
can paint additing texture, pattern and styles.... a lot of things to explore. Practice and experiment! And of course show us your work! :)

Have fun!

Thanks again

I found this out thanks to Nitrobutler.

You can also have the brush rotate automatically as you paint, or along a path or selection, by selecting the Brushes>Shape Dynamics>and under Angle Jitter, select the Direction command under the Drop Down menu.
As you paint, the brush will keep the same orientation to the line that you chose in the above replys.
The brush can also be made to follow a path or selection using the Stroke Path or Stroke Selection commands.
You will probably also want to change the Spacing(try 110%) under the Brush Tip Shape tab. This will give you individual instances of a particular brush.

nice

:righton: thanks for more knowlage!!!! Now I have something more to play with..
