How do you put a youtube video on PSG??

I was wondering how you could embed a youtube video on this website (PSG)? Like if I wanted to post a reply to answer someone's question how could I do that??

in the quick reply there is a set of shortcut icons 1 being a video film strip if you click that it will ask for the youtube link.

alternative you can use bbcode [..video]youtube link[../video] ignore the .. they are to just disable the bb code in this example
