How Do You Create Gradient Background With PMS Colors? Illistrator cs5

The customer wants a gradient background with the PMS Colors 485 c & 1375 c..

This file is going to china and china only takes illistrator files.. So how can I do this in illistrator cs5?

Make a rectangle to fill the background and add a gradient fill using those two Pantone colors.
