How do I make this a .pgn image?

I have a problem. I made a simple badge but now I want to post that on a forum. I want to make it pgn but it don't work. And when I upload it via imageshack or tinypic it says that it is a wrong extenion

Don't apologize -- I do that sort of thing, all the time. LOL!

So, are you saying that you did a "Save As" in Photoshop, selected the "png" option, and it didn't work? Or, perhaps you have a very old version of PS that does not offer a "Save As png" option? Or, you did the "save as png", but the hosting site did not accept the file? Could you give a bit more detail?
