I deeply apologize but actually I don't even know how to do the most simple effects in Photoshop. I think that the thing you just shared with me is a bit of high level then my level though I am very thankful to you for sharing that to me.
I want to make names with with the country flag colours like the photos I shared and want to know the effects which are done in the photos. If Possible, please help if you can.
 
Mr. Kahn, if your knowledge of PS is so limited that you can't even minimally do these kind of works -n assuming you mean the gif animation - yet you want advanced help . . .


Then you really need to start from the beginning and learn the basics of Photoshop before you roam into this stuff. If you find a tut you can easily follow, or if someone here wants to make a highly detailed tut and wait for your questions to elaborate on some of the steps, more power to you.

I merely think you should be patient and give yourself more time to get caught up to the skill level required for this kind of work.

can you tell me from where should I start Photoshop? I mean from it's tools? effects or what? is there any good tut available at PSG about this?

Hey Mr. Kahn, I agree with Clare on this one.

As for your question, start here by viewing some of these videos.

Watch each one that pertains to beginners, even if they are repetitive, you will always learn something new in each one. Skip those that are fore Elements or Gimp.

When your comfortable with the basic functions and terminology of Photoshop, then we can move on to creating some effects. If you have questions on or about any of the videos and their content, don't hesitate to ask.
