How do i make light streaks/trails like this site?

How do i make light streaks/trails like the pictures on this site?

And they need to look exactly like them. Any help or tutorials are much appreciated.

take a c4d which looks like a streak like that,
put the blending mode on screen
lower the opacity if you want
erase the parts you don't like
make a hue and saturation adjustment layer
place the layer above the c4d layer
press ctrl+g to make it only aply to the c4d
change the hue slider for the desired color

What is a c4d? When i try to look it up in google i only find it stands for cinema 4d. Thx
