how do i make an animated aim buddy icon????

i want to make animated aim buddy icons for my band, but i have no idea how to. i have photoshop and image ready, but i can't figure it out. please help!
 
How do you want to animate it?

Have you searched anywhere for ImageReady tutes? There may be a couple around these boards, but generally not. The HELP! files are pretty good too.
