How do I insert image into layer?

I need to know how do I insert the image into that Rectangle layer?
Its a template but not sure how to drop it in

Hello and welcome. Leave in the same layer position as shown above. Then just right click the image layer you are adding and choose "create clipping mask". You may have to use the Move Tool to position.
