And, to answer your question, yes, making the text more visible certainly is possible.
Are you looking for something like this? Click the image to see the full res file that I posted instead of the low rez, highly compressed forum preview.
Obviously, with more effort, the text can be brought out even more (without changing the color of the elastic band).

Yes, I need to use it for the website launch. I'm the photographer and im working on the startup with my Norwegian friend here in SF. I am looking for advice on how I can improve the visibility of the logo and Hardhaus text. Since we are a lean startup we are doing everything in-house which is why I'm working on the photos myself. I'm very interested in photography so would love to learn how to use photoshop more effectively.
If you could point me in the right direction that would be great. If you prefer not to help a for-profit business I do understand. I am not looking for someone to do the work for me, just a few pointers

Yes, you are right, I rarely do freebies anymore, and then, only in needy, non-frivolous personal situations. For example, I've recently did some free work for someone who privately contacted me who was preparing pix for a funeral of a loved one. OTOH, I completely ignore requests to remove Snapchat bars, add muscles to teenage boys, place models and actresses next to teenage boys, etc. LOL.
In contrast, I'm delighted to teach, give pointers, etc.
For your photo, all I did was slightly darken the underware, particularly, the elastic band, using the gamma slider on a masked "levels" adjustment layer.
Then I went over each letter with the pen tool, stroked the resulting path with white (on a separate layer), set the mode of that layer to "screen", played with the opacity, and I was done.
Although you didn't ask for it, I felt that the image you posted was a bit soft and lacked punch, so I added a tiny bit of large radius USM to the bag and its contents.
