I don't know if these "handles" are normal on my screen shots or not, but they are driving me bonkers. I swear I don't think I've seen them before and now when I am on a layer, I get them all the time.
Have I changed my "view" settings somehow?
Any suggestions on getting rid of them or am I just imagining something and they've been there all the time?
