How do I get an image to look like this?

I want my bodybuilding pictures to look like this. I want this color and it clear and detailed as this image. Could anyone help me out?

Basically how can I adjust the shadows in photoshop so the lighting can perfectly show off definition and veins?

It's not Photoshop manipulation, it's the lighting used when the photo was taken.

The best way is not in Photoshop but proper lighting when you take the photograph to create those shadows.
I know that doesn't directly answer your question but you'll get better results that way.
On camera flash is the worst possible lighting for what you want to achieve.
