how do I flip a Image?

my picture is facing right I want to make it face left. How do I do that?

select the image press control and T you shoukd get a box come up around your image right hand click your mouse should say flip horizontal or vertical
if it is just the image with no layers open go to menu bar iimage > rotation

easy, select picture with square selection tool (or make a selection with freeform pen tool, adjust it with anchor points and right click make selection, or use lasso [its a little bit less precise]) and go to edit=>transfrom=>flip horizontally or flip vertically its all about how you need it
