I tried but not able to create same as shown in given image.

The trick as I know it is to learn how to edit the gradient, move the large arrows around, change the color, move the small ones to change the amount of change in the gradient. As Paul said, it takes some practice to understand and get it right, but it is well worth learning. Let me know if you need any of these steps illustrated.
