How do I create and name a new brush ‘grouping’ e.g. “Flower Brushes” to always show in the BRUSHES menu ?

Let me rephrase it. I want my group of brushes to STICK to the dropdown Brushes.

In the menu that has "Basic Brushes" + "Calligraphic Brushes" +"Assorted Brushes"

I want to have forever my own "CustomNamed Brushes"

You need to use the Preset manager.

You have to save your Brushes .ABR file to the Photoshop prestes/brushes folder
