How do I adjust the position of an image that I've placed on top of another?

Hi everyone! I'm a complete beginner but I just need a little bit of help with a task.

I have an image of a photo frame and a picture which I want to insert in the middle of it. When I copy and paste the picture in the tab with the photoframe, Photoshop places it almost perfectly in the centre! However I just need to adjust the positioning slightly. Is there an icon I can use to drag the picture slightly?
