Hi Ya,
I was hoping someone could please help.
I have a grey scale image and I need to remove the white background so the texture can be on a transparent background. It was originally a tif file but in order for me to be able to upload it here on the forum I have saved it as a JPG.
As you can see the pattern is quite intricate and the magic wand tool wont cut it, obviously cant mask out either or use the eraser tool either. Is there anyway of selecting everything that is white and removing it so the pattern is on a transparent layer. I am not sure what other tools you could use, but I am presuming there would be other ways possible in photoshop that I am not aware of. If someone could please help that would be great.
Thanks,
