what would be the best way of removing the kenwood logo i have tried the healing brush tool but wasnt very effective

I have fixed this for you:

Instead of using the healing brush, try the clone stamp tool. It works very well but be sure to zoom right in (around 400%) and make sure your clone stamp brush is small.
