I was wondering if anyone knows a tutorial or an idea on how to make this Photomontage....the links is under. I will appreciate any help.

well if you have to people lookinf with out streched arm's like they have then all you would need to do is:
Cut out the people, set them in to a frame, copy the arm's , in new layer put the arms showing out side the frame
