How can i get this type of colour correction?

here is a picture of me and my prom date, how can i achieve this colour correction that our photographer used?

It all depends on what the photo looks like to begin with, though this looks very dark to me, I would make it lighter and a bit more vibrant like this.

All I see is a vignette and heavy contrast, but if you posted the non-corrected version it would help to say for sure.

Exactly. We can't have any idea what changes were made to a photo if we can't see what it looked like before the change.

Do you understand? The best thing would be to give us the original of the picture you posted above and the original you want to work with to get the same effect. Then we can tell you what we would do.
