how can I change the background color

Hello, I found the included date tags on this site : http://nl.freepik.com/vrije-psd/kleurrijke-datum-etiketten-op-zwarte-textuur_685586.htm but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the date tags.

If you have downloaded the file, you can easily change the color by selecting the proper layer.
You can either apply color overlay or something like adjustments on the menu's on top
