How can I batch edit dust spots in several photos?

I shot several photos (in camera RAW, CR2) that have dust spots. As these photos were shot within minutes of each other, all the dust spots should be in the same places in the frames. Is there a way for me to record all these locations, then apply to all the photos at one time? I tried recording an action, but that doesn't seem to work with the intelligent fill healing brush.

first you select the spots with little circles , fill them with black, inverse the selection and fill with white
save that image as "spots.jpg" on your desktop

open an example - photo and create the action like this

open spots.jpg
select all
copy
close spots.jpg
open window of the channels
make new alfa channel
paste
inverse (ctrl +i)
select rgb channel
load selection alfa1
fill with content
deselect

Dust spots or a dirt on the sensor? Newer Canon cameras have a built-in utility for spots on the sensor.
