Hood shadow effect on the face

Hi, can you tell me please the best they to do realistic shadow effect, which is dropping on the face from the hood like in this picture?

You can use the burn tool for this. use the Burn tool (press O or Shift+O) then burn the forehead and the cheeks of the person/subject. You can also try and put a shadow under the hoodie.
