Specific Historian in Need of Help

Hello,

I have an old map of Lima (the capital of Peru) which am I going to use to mark certain locations. However, the quality of the map is pretty bad. If you zoom in on certain parts of the map, it gets worse. I was wondering if someone could make it black and white, delete the lines throughout the map (particularly the white one in the left side) and fix the low-res problem.

If you're curious, the plan is to use the map to explain Peru's gay subculture in the 1950s.

Hi there's no way to fix the resolution of the image, alas there's no pixel information there so it can't be recreated
