Specific Higher resolution

Hello,

I have an old logo of a gaming clan I used to be part of.
I've recently bought a track bike and I want this logo to be part of the sticker set i'm ordering so I need the resolution to be as high as possible.

Can you:
1. Make the logo bigger and sharper
2. Remove the white background
3. Layer the 2 colors so I can match it to the bike.
