Hello everyone,
Im a complete noob with PS but i really do wonna learn but i dont have an artistic bone in my body!
i own and run a record label so logo design is going to be my main PS projects. iv signed up here as a i really need some help with a picture a friend of mine has drawn, iv scanned it n smoothed it out a bit but it is impossible to delete the background using the magic tool, here is what i have so far but if somebody could help me out with this i would be reallly happy

Try using the blend if option. When you use the right hand slider, you can fine tune by holding down the alt key and splitting the triangle.
