Hi just popping in here to say hello,
I have to confess to being pretty much of a novice with PS, although I have been buying and trying out various tutorials from Digital Photo, and Photoshop Creative magazines for a few years now.
I also tried the nightschool course "Introduction to Photoshop" at my local college, but was pretty dissappointed to find that our end result of 6 weeks study was the creation of .................1 CHRISTMAS CARD !!!!!!
I am now armed with the "Classroom in A Book", and intend working my way actively through it, over the next month or so when I have free time.
Stumbled upon your forums whilst searching for Keyboard Shortcut guides I could print out in advance.......and it looks as if I have stumbled in the right direction for once !!

Yupp - stumbling in one particular direction and regain your balance is a lot better that stumbling in all directions and just keep on stumbling ... :)
You get busy with Classroom in A Book and I would recon quite a lot of what you had from your nightschool and the other sources will fall in place. Funny thing about Photoshop is that you may have to go to next level for those "Aha-experiences" to kick in that makes you understand what you actually learned at the previous stage.
