Hello Everyone --

I ran across your forum via PS CS5 Help (!!). I wasn't looking for a PS forum, per se, but in order to see the thread that Help took me to, I needed to join on, so why not?....

I'm a Sr. Sysad at Disney Animation. We use PS in a number of different ways in a number of different departments, and I am the responsible party for ensuring PS runs how our artists want it to run.

I'm also an independent photographer (won't post my link here in my very first post as that is a no-no...). I'll post work when and where appropriate.

I'm currently in the beta program for PS CS6.

Hi Steve and Dad (that's kinda weird to say...) --

Thanks for the welcome. I've been on the beta prog before. It's a very interesting place to debate the upcoming release, for sure. Right now we're discussing new look and feel (not sure what I am allowed to say in this forum, so I'll just leave it at that for the moment -- I'll ask there if I can post more substantial things here in the future).

Ho ho; I was gonna say I'm no squid, what is the coded message? But I got it and I didn't even have a drink! Helped that I wrote it out. :mrgreen:

Hey Steve -- Yeah I figured you were on about my eyes my eyes. Glad you located a reference image (that one makes me really dizzy -- mine just sort of bugs you).

Thanks for the additional welcomes clare, dv8 and sandra. I'll see what I can do about talking up CS6 in here. I've asked and am awaiting reply now from the program support folks.

I am new here and that photo was hard to look at but I commend you for coming up with such.
