Hi,
My sister recommended this site to me, she's a hobby-ist Photoshopper and she tried to help me with creating a business card, until she started studying for her college and stuff and now doesn't have the time to help further.

Plus I thought anyone who is actually passionate about Photoshop, and therefore would probably be hanging around these forums, would be able to help me out best!

I'm trying my best to post in the Freelancing section but for some weird reason I'm getting a "you can't post any links" error, despite me not even having put in any links yet!




Can someone tell me how difficult/easy is it to just make a black and white business card? I mean I want to use 4 pictures in the business card, but I want it/them all to be just black, white and gray, nothing to complex. Maybe add a little bit of contrast or add in some of your own touches to the same, but that's just it.

The rest of it would be simple and plain text in a good looking font.

Hi nuextreme, if you are just asking for advice, don't go to freelance. That is where you would be paying for the work to be done. OTOH, if that's what you want, here are the Guidelines. You can't post links till you have 5 posts, but you can upload an image at any time. Just go to the square img icon, click it, and choose upload from computer/. There you go. Show us some images if you would and it will help us to give you better advice.

Tell me if you want to move this to freelance and I will. Be sure to look at our minimum pricing.

No I am as a matter of fact looking for paid services, since this thing has been pending for almost 4 months now, and I would like someone, whoever it is to do a real good job on it.

Hi new, I never advise this . . . but, go ahead and make three more posts here, only if you need to post links. Images on the site are much preferred if you can do that. As I said you can upload those now.

No glitch.
What you're seeing is a notice not an error message.
Lots of folks insist on trying to post links to show an image.
Since links by new members can be spam links, we're trying to let newbies here know you can still show a legitimate image here by inserting it in your post.

I'll check the wording to see if I can make that point clearer.
