Well, I don't know anything about drawing Anime/Manga style art so I ran a Google search using the search terms 'drawing anime Photoshop' and came up with a zillion hits. The first one which looks very promising is...

And we've had one forum member who is seriously working at the skill of colorizing Anime/Manga drawings. Wolfen has been growing progressively more excellent in colorizing drawings and has allowed us to follow along and critique the results. You'll find that reading the posts also will provide a great many tips. Here's one of the threads... a forum search will turn up several more.

Could you elaborate on what you search? a tutorial on how to draw the manga style?

The how to draw manga series of book is what you search. I'm afraid that such a large topic would be difficult to condense in a single tutorial.

Still the polykarbon website has a lot of resources, did you really look at it?
