ok heres goes

i want to increase the widht and height of this pics, its 200 x 260. when i resize it it becomes blurry can you help? even in this state it looks a bit unfocused or with pixels



and this one has the eyes a bit shiny



can someone help?

I'm far from an expert on this but doesn't the images feel like vectorized photos? The sims textures maybe?

As for the enlargment I'm no help sorry.

These images are for to small in size. No one can improve them.
Suggestion: If this guy is still around, take some new pictures of him.
