I dont know anything about photoshop and I'm just blown away with what you guys can do!

My question is a call out for help and for a shot for you guys to win $100. I'm marketing a new site for guys obviously and its geared towards football! since the season is starting soon i'm trying to get lots of guys to the site to obviously purchase stuff and also visit affilate banners! Simple enough!

Well the contest im running is on my facebook page! I came up with the idea of having women market this for us because of course guys love women! I added a few pics of myself and even went as far to show what i meant by writing the website on my skin and on a paper heart! I'm asking other women to do the same for a shot to win $100 which will be given away the 8th of september! Day before kickoff of course! Anyway i think women as they should be are hesitant!

My question: Is that something any of you can photo shop? like a self portrait a girl normally takes? can you add that sign to it? can you add it on a girls skin? oh and make it look REAL of course?

I feel if a few pics are posted others might join in the party! I'm willing to take REAL pics and have them as enteries into the contest so you could in fact win with your fake pics! I dont care who gets the money just trying to get hits to the actual site! NO NAMES, NO TAGS, NO NOTHING will be revealed and if you ever want to have the pics removed you can! Also i can provide the pics to fake if needed so you arent left trying to find pics. I do appreciate your help and consideration into this and for those who help good luck in winning the $100. You can add me as a friend to facebook to see the results if you do enter and can even be a judge

wold you like to have your own photos illegally taken, against your will and knowledge and applied for some contest with?i guess not.
you people scare me sometimes.

just figured if they were PUBLIC pics already posted what thes harm with adding IBTS2 to them but maybe you are right!

I coudl see if we were altering their look or photoshopping them nude or something but i didnt see the harm with adding IBTS2 to them but maybe i'm wrong! My apologizes for trying to think outside the BOX on this one.
 
Which is why we are very particular of requests made. Most especially those that involve editing images of people that puts them in embarrassing or unethical situations.

Images in public domain does not necessarily mean that anyone can manipulate them. As ibis mentioned, it's the ethics that's foremost in our minds.
 
So surely everyone is asking the celebrities before photoshopping them correct? Again I'm new and have 0 clue on what you guys do or how you do it but when you see 1000's of photoshopped pics of people you cleary can see where i got the idea! I can't imagine everyone is asking Joe Flaco if its ok they photoshop him like BURT! Or Jay Cutler when they added the PINK skirt after the packers loss! I would think a celebrity would have a better shot of sueing than an average person with the IBTS2 added to their pic!

Surely no one is using copyrighted material with their photshop work! My apologizes once again for not understanding photoshop! LOL

everyone should know what is right and what is wrong to do.
photo editing has no technical limits but the ethics, that some take for granted.
everyone should carefully read your first post.
 
No problem! You guys can remove this post! Apparently the photoshop images i see all over the internet are not the ones you guys actually do here on this forum and that you guys are more about other things! No worries and i'm sorry to intrude on your site with such a silly request! Enjoy your weekends and hope you all photoshop the crap out of some cool things!
 
Your missing the point. I assume you would not be OK with one of us or a company taking your public photos and using them to advertise for something you find completely disagreeable. What would you do if your face showed up on an ad for a hot button issue like Religion, Politics, Sexuality, or Race, polar opposite of your view on the subject? Can we assume you would just laugh it off and say it's your own fault for posting your photos in the first place?
