with this green graphic how can i remove the fuzzy corners?

try using de-noise filter

cant find it, i use photoshop 6.0 service pack 1...is it in a newer version?

Hmm that's an old version of PS. I don't remember what filters it has, but look under Filter --> Noise and see what you find there. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the fuzzy corners though.
