Hie.
First of all I would like to tell every one that I am a Hyper No0b and Know just something about photoshop.
So I was just having some photoshop tuts where the designer was just doing some editing and did some wonders. But when I tried those in my Photoshop CS3 then I could'nt even find out the options. There were two Images where The flag was to be put on other Image.

So here is the first part(The Subject Image):

[ATTACH]35918[/ATTACH]
Then the flag upon it: [ATTACH]35919[/ATTACH]

And then The result Image: [ATTACH]35920[/ATTACH]

Now Please Please Help me in this.
